Tolisso dreams of Arsenal move

Lyon midfielder Corentin Tolisso has admitted he dreams of a future at a club like Arsenal, Barcelona or Real Madrid, suggesting a move to the Premier League would be his preferred option.

The 22-year-old came through the ranks of the Lyon youth academy and has developed into a key figure at the Ligue 1 giants since making his first-team debut in August 2013.

He has hinted his future could lie elsewhere, though, as he set his sights on a move abroad.

There are a lot of clubs that make me dream like Real Madrid, Barcelona or an English club like Arsenal, Tolisso told France Football.

I like the Premier League and I think it s a league that suits me.

The Premier League is the most competitive, the most open and the most spectacular league.

Tolisso was close to joining Napoli during the off-season, but eventually opted to stay put at Lyon and he has no regrets over his decision to snub a move to Serie A.

I had some doubts about whether to stay at Lyon or not when Napoli came knocking, but I have already turned the page, he added.

My priority was to have a good season with Lyon once I made the decision to reject Napoli.

I made a decision from the heart. I know there would have been advantages had I gone there, but Lyon is not about money.
